Every agent has a folder of leads they paid for, worked for a week, and never touched again. Resurge works that folder for you: it texts until someone says yes, calls them within about two minutes, and rings your phone with a live, interested person on the line.
You bought the leads. You worked them hard for a week: three dials, a voicemail, maybe a text. Then the next batch arrived, and the first one went into a folder you haven't opened since. Multiply that by every month you've bought leads and most agents are sitting on thousands of people who once asked for a quote and never heard from anyone past the third attempt.
Those leads aren't dead. They're unworked. Working them by hand means dialing hundreds of people who don't remember filling out a form to find the handful who still want coverage, and that math rarely beats spending the same hours on a fresh batch. So the folder stays closed.
Resurge is built to open it. It comes from the team behind Link Leads, and it was built by a licensed life and health agent who had exactly that folder.
You upload a CSV. Any vendor's file works, as long as it has a name, phone, state and product. Files from GOAT, NextGen, BenePath, EverQuote and most other vendors map automatically. Duplicates are merged, and your opt-outs, the DNC list and known litigators are scrubbed before the first message goes out.
It texts and emails in your name until they answer. Seven texts and nine emails over three weeks, then one check-in a month, until the lead replies or opts out. You write each script once, and the AI rewrites every message for the person receiving it, using what they put on their quote form. Each message is a plain yes-or-no question: still want that quote? Reply YES.
A yes gets a call within about two minutes. An AI assistant calls from a local number, confirms they still want the quote, and asks three or four plain questions: coverage amount, budget, tobacco, age.
Your phone rings with a live person on the line. The answers arrive as a handoff note before you say hello. If the lead doesn't pick up the AI's call, they go back into the texting sequence. Nothing falls through, and you never touch a dialer.
The first account on Resurge was the founder's own aged file, and nothing ships to customers until it has texted his leads first. The first beta batch of 1,000 aged leads produced:
27% reply rate · 16 live transfers · 4 policies closed · $4,973 in annual premium · $85 cost per sale.
That's 4 policies from a file that would otherwise have sat in a folder. As the founder put it: "I bought leads for years and worked them the week I bought them, then I would buy a new batch the next week and forget the old one. Now I put the old file into Resurge and get inbound deals."
It's one batch from one agent's file, so it's a starting point, not a promise. The next post in this series breaks down every step of that funnel and its limits. New beta results get posted on the Resurge site as they come in, good or bad. Resurge doesn't publish invented testimonials.
Resurge charges a flat monthly fee plus a fee per live transfer. You only pay the transfer fee when your phone rings, you answer, and the lead stays on the line for at least 60 seconds. Missed calls, early hang-ups and wrong numbers are free.
Solo: $149/month + $12 per transfer, up to 250 leads a week, 1 seat.
Producer: $499/month + $10 per transfer, up to 1,000 leads a week, 3 seats.
Agency: $1,499/month + $8 per transfer, up to 3,000 leads a week, 10 seats.
Every plan starts with 14 days free. There's no platform fee during the trial, so you only pay for transfers you answer. There's no setup fee and no contract, and annual plans get two months free.
Resurge is built for internet, TV and mail leads more than 30 days old, where the consumer asked for a quote and agreed to be contacted. Every lead carries the date and source of that original request, and TrustedForm or Jornaya certificates are kept with the record when the vendor provided them.
It is not for cold data lists. That includes the aged data lists sold elsewhere on this site, which carry no consent claim and don't belong in an automated texting sequence. If you didn't buy the lead from a quote form, don't upload it.
Pick the oldest file you still have, upload it on a 14-day trial, and see what comes back. Start free at tryresurge.app, or email resurge.ai@gmail.com to book a demo first.
