How we source our leads

Where our aged insurance leads come from, how they're licensed, and how we help licensed agents dial and text them responsibly. Straight answers — no smoke.

Where our aged insurance leads come from

Every record we sell is licensed in bulk from an established US consumer-data provider, with full resale rights — complete demographic and phone records, filtered to $100k+ household incomes. Our data is not scraped, not harvested from random sources, and not generated by guesswork. And we label it as exactly what it is: aged consumer data, not consented insurance-form leads.

Licensed in bulk, then aged

We acquire the data under a commercial license, then age it 30+ days before we resell it. Aging is what makes the data affordable for high-volume dialing and texting campaigns — you pay data prices instead of fresh-lead prices for the same consumers, which is exactly the economics that make aged data work at scale.

Source documentation

We retain licensing and purchase documentation from our data provider and can describe the provenance of any list on request. If you need to understand where a list comes from before you dial it, ask us — transparency about sourcing is part of how we operate.

Data hygiene: validated, deduplicated, scrub-ready

Most aged data on the market is dirty. Ours isn't. Before a list reaches you we run:

Built to help you stay compliant

We can't dial for you, but we build the product to make your compliance easier:

Your compliance responsibilities

To be clear and fair: the agent or agency making contact is responsible for their own TCPA, DNC, and CAN-SPAM compliance. That includes scrubbing against the National and state Do-Not-Call registries, maintaining your own consent posture, honoring opt-out requests, and following the calling/texting laws in the states where you operate. We provide clean, deduplicated, optionally targeted data; you control how it's used.

Compliance & sourcing FAQ

Where do aged insurance leads come from?

We license complete consumer data records — demographics plus validated phone numbers, filtered to $100k+ household incomes — in bulk from an established US data provider, with full resale rights, then age them before resale. The data is not scraped or random; and it is sold as aged data records, not consented insurance-form leads.

Are aged insurance leads TCPA compliant?

These are aged consumer data records — no TCPA express consent is claimed or implied, and they are not DNC-scrubbed at delivery. The agent making contact is responsible for their own TCPA/DNC/CAN-SPAM compliance — including scrubbing against the National and state Do-Not-Call registries and honoring opt-outs.

How old are aged leads?

They're aged at least 30 days before resale and typically sourced within the last 30–90 days — recent enough to be responsive, aged enough to be priced for volume outreach.

Do you provide lead source documentation?

Yes. We retain licensing and purchase documentation from our data provider and can describe the provenance of any list on request.

⚠ These are aged data leads (not consented insurance-form leads) and are not DNC-scrubbed. Buyers are responsible for DNC scrubbing and dialing/texting compliance before contacting anyone.
